  • What is MPB Today?

MPB is the acronym for My Premier Business. MPB Today is the national marketing affiliate for Southeastern Delivery, a grocery home delivery company located in Pensacola, FL.

  • How can I contact the corporate office?

By going to the Contact Us tab on the website and clicking on the email for the particular department you need.

Note: Before you email Customer Service PLEASE get with your upline, they should be able to answer the majority of your questions.

Please email only ONE department per your issue. If you DO have to email corporate, be sure to have a Subject line to help them direct your issue. For example: URL not working, still not showing up as Active, etc.

 

GROCERIES / PRODUCTS

  • What is your local pick-up/delivery area for MPB Today?

Areas presently available for pick-up and/or delivery are: In Florida - Jacksonville, Orlando, Pensacola, Cantonment, Pace, and Gulf Breeze proper. Elsewhere - Louisville, TN - Mountain Home, AR - Middlefield, OH. Click here to view list of deliverable zip codes.

  • If I am already an affiliate and am now in a local delivery area, can I use my $200 credit to order groceries?

Yes but if you look in your Back Office right now, you will see that you still have the Gift Card reserved. Just unreserve your gift card to use that $200 towards groceries but please note that this credit can only be used at 50%. For example, if you purchase $100 in groceries, you can only apply $50 of your credit toward this purchase.

  • What are your pick-up / delivery hours?

Orders may be picked up Monday through Friday after 12:00PM. Any order placed by 12:00AM will be available for pick-up the next business day by 12:00 noon. Orders for delivery will depend upon our schedule.

  • Where can groceries be shipped if I don't live in a local delivery area?

Presently groceries are shipped for MPB Today customers and affiliates to every state in the contiguous U.S. that has postal & UPS delivery address. We ship ONLY non-perishable dry-goods.

  • What is the delivery time once my groceries are ordered?

Orders typically ship within 3 – 5 business days after the order has been received in the home office and all information is complete.

  • What if an item ordered is not available?

We will substitute the product unless you specify otherwise, by using the following guidelines:

  • 1.) If you do not specify a particular brand when you order, we will select one that we consider is of good quality.
  • 2.) If a specific size is not listed, the medium size will be selected.
  • 3.) If the product is out of stock, we will first try to substitute with a different size of the identical product. The next size smaller is selected unless one is not available, then the next size larger will be substituted for the ordered item.
  • 4.) If we cannot change size, we will substitute a different comparable brand of the same product.
  • 5.) If it is not possible to substitute a size or name brand, the item will be deleted from the order, and you will be informed at the time of delivery. We cannot be held responsible for out of stock items.

If you would prefer to not have products substituted for you or if you would prefer to not have certain products substituted, please indicate this information when placing your order.

  • What are the shipping charges on groceries?

The shipping & handling charges are appropriate to the weight of your order and your location, but can average from 20 - 50%. If you order lighter items - your cost is lower than if you order heavy items. Your MPB Today credit cannot be applied to your shipping & handling charges.

As an Incentive to help us build our customer base, if you order after your team sales reach $1200 in volume within the first 2 levels of your team, the shipping & handling is paid by the company -- or -- you have the option in lieu of having the dry-good Items shipped to you, you can elect to have us send you a $200 gift card from the largest national grocery retailer where you can shop unrestricted and get all of your grocery items including meats, milk, cheese, fruits, vegetables, etc.

  • Can I return merchandise that I have ordered and receive a refund?

You may return any merchandise (training CD, Formula 10, etc.), excluding groceries, to MPB Today for a refund as long as it is returned unopened, within 30 days of receipt, and in its original packaging.

  • What is the Risk of losing Money?

You can join for free and become qualified for all commissions by making retail sales… without spending a dime out of pocket.

If you elect to make a $200 qualifying purchase, you get $200 worth of products or groceries. So your only expense would be the shipping and handling for the product/groceries selected. As stated above, we even have a way you can get this paid by the company. Therefore your risk is very minimal.

  • What methods of payments are accepted?

Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. MPB Today Corporate Office does not accept checks or money orders for enrollment.

  • Can I use my EBT card to enroll with MPB Today?

No. EBT cards can ONLY be used by local delivery area customers to pay for their EBT eligible items in a grocery order.

  • Can I use my credit to purchase any of the products?

You can use your credit to purchase groceries, Formula-10, Greens Packs or Reds Packs only.

 

COMMISSIONS

  • How do I get paid commissions from MPB?

Checks! If you elected to get a $200 gift card instead of having groceries shipped to you - the card will come along with the check.

  • When I cycle how do I notify corporate if I want the GIFT Card from the national grocery retailer or want to order groceries?

It's simple… You simply click the option in the Joining process, or you can select/unselect this option in your Back Office.

  • Do purchases made with an EBT card count toward my residual commissions?

Yes on all customer related orders after becoming a Active Affiilate.

 

MATRIX

  • Do I have to do 2 New Sales for each Matrix?

No. One of the great characteristics of our 2x2 comp plan is the way it works as you move from one matrix to the next. You only need 2 personal sales to qualify for all matrix commissions. You only need to be an Active Affiliate to receive the 2% Retail Grocery and Wholesale to Retail difference on the Front End.

  • What happens if my matrix is filled before I have my 2 personal sales?

You cycle, but since you are not qualified to receive commissions, these are banked for 90 days – giving you plenty of time to qualify.

  • Can I enroll family members?

Yes you can but any family members in your household must be sponsored by the same network.

  • Can I have more than one affiliate ID?

You can have one affiliate ID per Social Security Number or Federal Tax ID number and the larger organization must sponsor the smaller one. You may NEVER have affiliate ID numbers in different networks.

  • Can I change Sponsors?

If you are having an issue with your Sponsor, we encourage you to contact any of your Ranked Upline Leaders (details in your Back Office). Depending upon where you are in your current Sponsor's network, your new Sponsor may not see you in his/her matrix until you cycle.

 

RENEWAL

  • Do I have to pay a renewal fee?

Yes. Your $10 annual renewal fee is payable upon your anniversary date. Once you arrive at this date, you will be prompted to enter a credit card in order to access your Back Office.

  • Do I lose my $200 credit if I pass my anniversary date?

No but you do need to renew in order to access your Back Office and use your credit.

 

MPB CONTEST

  • Why is there an MPB Contest site?

This website is for marketing purposes, and in my opinion, makes this business easier to duplicate! This is a way for those who do not like to talk to their "warm" market and whose phones feel very "heavy" to share an opportunity without actually having to share it at all. The new site connects to a video that your contacts can go watch. The video is followed by 5 questions. After your contact watches the video and answers the five questions, your prospect is entered into an all-expense paid trip for 2 to Cancun. This trip is given away twice a year! Also, if YOUR prospect wins, then YOU win the trip as well!!!

  • What is my MPB Contest URL?

Your contest URL is www.mpbcontest.com/and then your own MPB Today URL. For example, if your MPB Today URL is www.mpbtoday.com/12345, then your MPB Contest URL will be www.mpbcontest.com/12345

  • Where do I see my entries?

Through the Contest Reporting link in your Back Office.

  • What if my prospect is having problems accessing the video or the survey?

There are a few quick trouble-shooting solutions to try or, they can contact the Customer Service Department directly.

Cookies MUST be enabled on someone's computer in order for them to submit the MPB Contest form. Most e-commerce sites require cookies, they are a common thing, yet some people have them disabled.

If you are using your own domain, you must openly forward to your MPB Contest URL page. You cannot use any kind of masking, iFrame, etc.

You have to close the video when it is finished in order to get to the questions. You can close the video by selecting the Close button at the bottom right of the video or clicking anywhere outside of the video.

If you are unable to view the video but can hear it, this may be a browser issue. You may want to try a different browser than other Internet Explorer such as Google Chrome or Firefox.

If you are blocked from your server, then whoever controls this server has blocked you. For example, if you are trying to enter the contest from your office computer, you may not have the ability to go to non-work related sites.

  • How does the prospect know that they are entered?

They will know for sure when they are entered if they see the "Thank you" screen confirming their submission. If they see anything other than the "Thank You" screen after they have entered their information, there was some sort of error and the submission did not go through.

 Once you have seen the "Thank you" screen and their entry has been submitted, they won't be able to go back in and submit it a second time. They should always get the "Thank you" message when going back to the site.

GIFT CARDS

  • What can we purchase with the gift card?

Gift cards are issued in lieu of ordering groceries through the MPB Today site. As such, the gift card can be used for retail purchases at WalMart/Sam's Club. It CANNOT be used to purchase other negotiable instruments such as prepaid Visa cards, restaurant gift cards, money orders, etc.

  • Can we use a prepaid or gift card to enroll or make any payments through MPB Today?

NO! Due to the required address verification security feature of our Merchant Services Provider, we cannot accept a prepaid or gift card for enrollment or payment.

MPB TODAY POLICIES

  • What is position of MPB regarding affiliates who have moved on to other opportunities or working them in conjunction with MPB?

As for MPB's position, it is simply: feel free to come and to go. If you go, feel free to take anyone you brought, but that is it. If your people want to leave with you -- they can, but do not try to take people that you met through MPB or that were not personally sponsored by you.

We believe the first step to greatness is total commitment. We do not subscribe to the idea that multiple streams of income can be created effectively in network marketing. Can you get checks from 2 companies? Yes, but can you reach your full potential doing it? NO!

We recommend a person find the opportunity that is right for him/her, whatever it may be, and commit to it. If what they chose is good enough to commit to - then commit to it. If not - keep looking. But do not jump from this one to the next one.

  • Can I request to be moved if an Up-line member starts openly working another opportunity other than MPB?

Yes, if a member of your up-line promotes another opportunity to you or members of your group, you have the option of being moved up to the next up-line member that is focused on building their MPB business. To do this, simply send an email to custsvc@mpbtoday.com stating the reason and request to be moved.

  • Is it permitted for a person to "cross-recruit" someone in MPB into another opportunity?

No, it is not permitted, violates #13 of the MPB Terms and Conditions, which states: During the active status term(s) of this Agreement and for 6 months thereafter, Team Member shall not, directly or indirectly, solicit Team Members of THE COMPANY to other network marketing organizations, except as to personally sponsored Team Members.

It is grounds for termination. If you know of someone doing this, report it to the home office by sending an email to custsvc@mpbtoday.com stating the name of the person in violation.

 

MARKETING

  • What are the rules governing marketing materials?

Please refer to Section Seven of the Policies and Procedures.

  • Where can I order MPBToday business cards, postcards, etc?

http://www.mpbtools.com. Also there is a business flyer in your back office.

  • How can I email a link of the conference call recording?

Log into your Back Office, select the Conference Call Archive Link, select the Emailable Link of the desired call, copy the information in the browser and paste it into your email.

 

MISCELLANEOUS

  • Can I sign up as a Free Affiliate?

Yes. You can sign up as an Affiliate for FREE and become active once you achieve $200 in retail sales. Please note you will have limited access to the Back Office until you have met the $200 in retail sales and you CANNOT Sponsor any affiliates until you are active. You will not appear in your Sponsor's Matrix until you are active. To learn more and sign up, click here.

  • What if I forget my Username / URL?

It's a good idea to tell your new sign-ups to WRITE DOWN their ID#. If you forget your log in details, please contact custsvc@mpbtoday.com or call the Customer Service Team at (850) 466-2160. Please note that we CANNOT provide this information to anyone other than the affiliate.

  • Can we have the contact information for the affiliates in our genealogy?

We can provide you with the contact information of your personally enrolled affiliates. We cannot provide you with the information for your entire downline. This policy is for the protection of all of our affiliates.

 

AFFINITY GROUPS

  • Affinity Groups can be set up in LOCAL Areas only.

 

  • What is an Affinity Group?

It is a business or non-profit group such as a church, the Cub Scouts or your Cheerleading Team. Our Affinity Group program allows you to earn commission on all the grocery sales/purchases made by people using the Referral Code.

  • How are commissions earned?

The Affinity Group will earn 2% commission on purchases/sales, which is paid monthly. You are qualified to receive commissions once the Affinity Group has achieved a total of $1,200 in grocery sales/purchases. This is a one-time qualification and once reached commissions are retroactive.

  • How do I sign up my group?

It's easy to get started. The organization simply registers for FREE and chooses its desired Referral Code. Go to www.southeasterndelivery.com and click the enrollment link.

  • How do I sign up customers?

The organization then gives that Referral Code to anyone and everyone. They enter this code when entering the Southeastern Delivery site, register, and start shopping!
